Born and raised in California, CeCe always cherished her trips to North Carolina. When CeCe was 16, her mother passed away, making those trips “back home” to the Tar Heel state even more significant and special. To this day, CeCe’s fondest childhood memories center on family reunions, cookouts, and hot summer nights making homemade blackberry ice cream with her Grandma Ruby.

A stay-at-home mom, CeCe enjoys fixing tasty meals in her kitchen and spoiling her own kids with treats from her favorite family recipes. She and her husband, Brian, are blessed with four beautiful children: Hunter, Mackenzie, Beau-Gabriel, and Dawson.

Over the years, CeCe has dreamed of opening a dessert shop where others could create sweet memories. Brian always promised that together, they would make that dream a reality...
